EMC3 alongside The Guardian Newspapers and other partners conceptualised and began the execution of the Transparency Forum Initiative. This initiative focuses on deepening the understanding of the importance of transparency in all aspects of the political and commercial economy, advocating for regulatory reforms around transparency and encouraging the necessary public-private collaboration to embed transparency into the business Landscape of Nigeria. The Transparency Forum Initiative has been launched in 2015 and the Inaugural conference scheduled to hold in 2016.
